It is with great sadness that we pass on the news that Andy Steele died in hospital earlier this week.
Andy and his wife Wendy were absolute stalwarts in TATS for many years. Andy performed on stage, worked back stage and was invaluable in setting up and constructing things for TATS.
He was a very sinister Bill Sykes in our first “Oliver”, a loveable wizard in the “Wizard of Oz”. He was excellent in “Bouncers” and “Our day out “ He had a lovely singing voice, which was put to good use in our revues.
He will be missed by so many people and his TATS family will have so many lovely memories of him.
